sale@chinakytravel.comWhen flights touched down at Xiaoshan and high-speed trains pulled into Jiaxing, a massive "great migration" officially began. This time, we weren't just facing single-point pickups in Hangzhou — it was a round-the-clock airport and train station reception mission spanning both Hangzhou and Jiaxing simultaneously. Many might think this was simply about getting from Point A to Point B, but in reality, it was an extreme stress test of a travel agency's coordination, adaptability, and execution capabilities.

For large-group receptions, success comes down to overall coordination and contingency planning. Over those days, we fought on two fronts — Hangzhou and Jiaxing — with non-stop reception duties that left no room for error. The dispatch center's walkie-talkies barely paused; everyone raced against the clock to ensure that guests, the moment they arrived in Zhejiang, could board vehicles smoothly and check in without a hitch. Meanwhile, our back-end support was also being consolidated — rigorously vetting hotels, fine-tuning restaurant partnerships. We scrutinized every link of "food, accommodation, and transportation," from room quietness to menu tweaks, filling every possible gap to ensure guests felt secure and well-arranged from the very moment they landed.

The next two days, the conference venue took center stage. But these two days were also the critical period for testing our "invisible service." On stage, corporate elites engaged in dynamic exchanges; off stage, we Kangyi people stood as silent guardians. We know well that what conference groups fear most are "chaos" and "waiting."

Stepping out of the rigorous conference setting, we arrived at the most sacred stop of our journey — Mount Putuo. This is not only a 5A scenic area but also a Buddhist haven on the sea. To ensure this trip went beyond a cursory "been there, done that" visit, our company's top management personally stepped in to tailor an in-depth prayer experience. This was far more than just buying ferry tickets and going ashore — it was a transmission of faith and blessings.
From coordinating speedboat schedules at the pier to preparing incense offerings and fine-tuning the tour commentary, we strove to let every guest find inner peace on this pure land. We had to avoid overwhelming crowds and identify the most auspicious times and spots for prayer. We accompanied guests up every step, explained the compassion of each bodhisattva, and transformed this journey into a true spiritual cleansing. We didn't want visitors merely to take a few photos; we wanted them to remember the clouds over Luojia Mountain, the solemnity of the Nanhai Guanyin statue, and the sincerest wishes for peace that we offered them amidst the resonant chanting. This depth of spiritual engagement is the core advantage of high-end travel services.

Our last stop was Hangzhou's West Lake. If Mount Putuo was a solemn purification, then West Lake was a tender comfort. By Broken Bridge and along Su Causeway, the intense conference agenda gave way to laughter and a relaxed atmosphere.
At this point, our role shifted from rigorous executor to caring companion. Our guides were no longer mere narrators but more like old friends — sharing the legend of Xu Xian and Lady White Snake while thoughtfully looking after every elder's steps. We reminded them where the path was slippery, where to take the best photos, and which teahouse offered the most charm. From early-morning pickups to late-night room checks, and to constant accompaniment at every scenic spot — throughout this journey, we accompanied everyone through the city at 4 a.m., felt the sea breeze of Mount Putuo, and finally drew a close under the sunset glow of West Lake. We wanted guests to leave not just with photos, but with fond memories of Hangzhou and a lingering attachment to Kangyi.
Another large group tour successfully completed — mission accomplished!
Looking back over those few short days, every detail was soaked with hard work. This was the result of all-out coordination at every turn, of every Kangyi person standing firmly at their post.
Out front, Kangyi people accompanied the group every step of the way, measuring the depth of service with their feet. In the back, Kangyi people rigorously managed hotels and restaurants, building quality of life with meticulous care. In the command center, General Manager Lü personally directed the prayer activities, steadying our morale and boosting our confidence. On the battlefield, Kangyi people led the tour guides to charge forward, leading by example and rushing to wherever difficulties arose.
The conference team worked through the night refining plans and stepping in to fill gaps as needed — no one fell behind, no one retreated. On and off the field, we trusted each other and fought side by side. Every single person was a key player; every single person mattered.
For the next leg, we will stay true to our original aspirations and give it our all — worthy of this trust and honor!
